Product Availability
All product availability is subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory listings, we cannot guarantee real-time availability for all products displayed on our website.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. Final pricing, shipping fees, taxes, and applicable charges will be confirmed during the checkout or invoicing process.
Orders & Payments
- Full payment is required before order dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
- Orders are only confirmed after payment verification
- All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement

Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery times vary depending on product availability, location, and freight scheduling
- Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate site access for container delivery and unloading
- ContainerDepotGroup is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, road restrictions, freight carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any visible issues immediately

Product Condition & Warranty
- Used shipping containers may contain cosmetic imperfections including dents, scratches, patches, or surface rust
- Structural integrity is guaranteed unless otherwise disclosed in writing prior to purchase
- Any warranty coverage provided will be specifically outlined on the invoice or sales agreement
- Customers are responsible for inspecting all products at the time of delivery
Every container we sell meets industry-standard structural requirements. Cosmetic wear is normal for used units — we always disclose known defects upfront.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of shipping containers and freight logistics, most sales are final. Refunds or exchanges may only be considered under the following conditions:
- Significant undisclosed structural defects
- Incorrect product delivery compared to the confirmed order
- Approved claims submitted within 3 business days of delivery
All approved returns or refunds remain subject to our official Refund & Return Policy. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery to initiate any claim.
Limitation of Liability
ContainerDepotGroup shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, inability to use, delivery delays, or performance of our products and services.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product in question.
