This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions, procedures, and timelines for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with applicable U.S. consumer standards and online commerce requirements.

III. Return Eligibility

Products may qualify for return under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
• Items must remain unused, unmodified, and in the same condition received
• Products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation when applicable
• Customized, modified, or specially built containers are non-returnable unless confirmed defective
• Products used for industrial installation or exposed to severe environmental conditions after delivery are not eligible for return

IV. Return Process & Shipping

1. Request a Return
   To initiate a return, contact us at info@containerdepotgroup.com with your order number and detailed reason for the request.
2. Return Authorization
   Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with detailed return instructions if approved.
3. Return Shipping
   Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping and freight charges unless the return is caused by our error or a verified defective product.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services, as ContainerDepotGroup is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Shipping Instructions
   The RA Number must be clearly marked on all return shipping labels and paperwork. Unauthorized returns without an approved RA Number may be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

V. Refunds & Restocking Fees

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval status.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns
• Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout

VI. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• Order number and delivery details

Once verified, ContainerDepotGroup will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including applicable shipping costs at no additional expense to the customer.

No restocking fee will apply for approved defective or carrier-damaged products.

VII. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-built or modified shipping containers
• Containers with custom paint, logos, decals, or installed accessories
• Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or environmental exposure after delivery

• Orders canceled before shipment dispatch may be canceled without penalty
• Orders canceled after shipment has been dispatched will be treated as a standard return and subject to return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees
